Return window
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
How to start a return (Omniva)
Email us at info@mammonism.ee with your order number.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an Omniva return code and simple instructions. You’ll be able to return the parcel through an Omniva parcel machine without needing our address.
Parcels sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Who pays return shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by us.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you an Omniva return code and instructions — you can send the parcel back through any Omniva parcel machine free of charge.
We’ll handle all return logistics on our side, so you don’t need to pay or enter any address.
Note: Returns are only accepted for unused, unwashed items in original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
Damages & issues
Please check your order on delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of worn or washed items. Gift cards and “final sale” items are non-returnable.
Exchanges
For a fast exchange, return the item as above and place a new order once your return is accepted.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the EU, you also have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must be returned in original condition as described above.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/card provider may need extra time to post the refund.
