GYEON Q²M Rotary Heavy Cut (145 mm)

GYEON Q²M Rotary Heavy Cut (145 mm) is a GYEON product designed as a heavy cut polishing pad for use with a rotary polisher to remove more severe paint defects. It is intended for the first correction step when more cutting power is required than with a standard polishing pad.

The GYEON Q²M pad system distinguishes between cutting grades so that the user can choose the appropriate combination for the surface condition. Use the pad with a suitable cutting polish or compound and perform a small test area before working on the entire panel.

Clean the pad regularly during work, as a saturated pad will cut unevenly and may leave marks on the surface. Monitor the temperature, especially on edges and body lines, and do not work too long in one spot.

After the cutting stage, refine the surface with a finer pad and polish if the goal is maximum gloss.
